Yoga for Weightlifters

A supplemental class for those who gym. Great form of active recovery.

Service Description

This is a higher paced class than a traditional hatha (meditative) yoga class to burn a few extra calories and help increase recovery by getting the more blood-flow in and out of the muscles. It will focus mainly on back/shoulders and hips/hamstrings.
